So the dust has settled and the 2008 Draft is over. Over the next few days and weeks there will be much debate over the winners and losers – who had the best draft, who had the best value pick.  And there will be fans all over the US (and the globe) who will vehemently disagree with the pundits arguing their team should have got a least a B+; some fans will be so disappointed in their picks that they’ll say “hell, it should have been an F”.

In the first of a series of articles exploring the current, pre-draft state of the Raiders roster, the watchman looks at the offence and discusses where the Raiders might use their picks.

The draft is fast approaching with much speculation as to what the Oakland Raiders will do with the 4th pick. Will they take McFadden? Dorsey, Ellis or the legends son? The Raiders do have holes throughout the roster but let’s look to see where the priorities should be focused.
