El Paso "refried beans" are the best.
I tried to make my own as per " Hairy Bikers" recipe on BBC Website, but just not the same.
Love me some TexMex with a couple of ice cold Corona's
Perfect Raider Tailgating fare

Add a spoon of coleslaw on that dog and it's magic. It's messy as hell and you will probably spill some on your shirt, but the contrast between the heat of the chilli (has to be hot -as in spicy) and the coolness of the coleslaw combined with the creaminess of the cheese and the snap of the meaty dog is simply heaven in a bun.

Welcome to the site Paddington.
Can't agree about the coleslaw. I prefer a good potato salad to complement it.
