Add a spoon of coleslaw on that dog and it's magic. It's messy as hell and you will probably spill some on your shirt, but the contrast between the heat of the chilli (has to be hot -as in spicy) and the coolness of the coleslaw combined with the creaminess of the cheese and the snap of the meaty dog is simply heaven in a bun.

Can't agree about the coleslaw. I prefer a good potato salad to complement it.
